Yes. Employer accounts can also have Job Seeker access, allowing the same account to use relevant job-seeker features.
How can I become an employer?
A Job Seeker can use the Become an Employer option to activate employer access and start the employer recruitment workflow.
How do employers post vacancies?
Employers can select a recruitment package, complete the vacancy details and submit the required payment information. Paid vacancies are subject to payment verification and platform approval before publication.
What happens after I apply for a job?
Your application can move through recruitment stages such as Applied, Reviewed, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered and Hired, depending on the employer's process.
Can I create or improve my CV?
Yes. MataJob.lk provides CV-building and premium career services. Available services and prices are shown in the relevant service pages.
How do payments work?
Depending on the service, payment may require the available payment method and supporting receipt or reference information. Payment and refund rules are explained in the Payment & Refund Policy.
Why is my paid vacancy not visible immediately?
Paid vacancies may remain pending while payment is verified and the vacancy is reviewed for approval. Publication occurs after the required approval steps are completed.
Is my personal information protected?
MataJob.lk handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Users should also protect passwords, OTPs, banking details and other sensitive information.
What languages does MataJob.lk support?
MataJob.lk is designed to support English, Sinhala and Tamil. Some dynamic content, such as employer-provided vacancy text, may remain in the language supplied by the employer.
