3. User Accounts

- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities
- Provide truthful and reasonably current CV, profile and application information.
- Do not submit false qualifications, employment history, certificates or other credentials.
- Do not apply for vacancies using information or documents belonging to another person without authorization.
- Use employer contact information only for legitimate recruitment-related purposes.
- Do not misuse the platform to spam, harass, threaten or deceive employers or other users.
5. Employer Responsibilities
- Publish genuine vacancies and provide accurate job, company, location, salary and recruitment information where applicable.
- Do not use MataJob.lk to publish fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or abusive vacancies.
- Do not request inappropriate payments, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information from candidates.
- Handle candidate information received through the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Use candidate information for legitimate recruitment and employment purposes.
- Keep company and contact information reasonably accurate.
6. Job Listings and Recruitment
MataJob.lk is a platform connecting Job Seekers and Employers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MataJob.lk does not guarantee that a Job Seeker will obtain employment or that an Employer will successfully recruit a candidate.
We may review, approve, reject, edit, restrict or remove listings or content where necessary to maintain platform quality, security, legal compliance or user safety.
7. User Content
Users remain responsible for content they submit, including CVs, company descriptions, job advertisements, images, documents and other materials.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it and that the content does not knowingly violate applicable law or another person's rights.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not use MataJob.lk to:
- Commit fraud, impersonation or other unlawful activity.
- Publish fake jobs or intentionally misleading recruitment information.

9. Paid Packages and Services
MataJob.lk may offer paid job packages, premium CV services, recruitment-related services and other paid features. Prices, package limits, validity periods and service details will be displayed at the relevant point of purchase.
Payment verification may be required for bank-transfer or other manually verified payments. A job package or paid service is not considered fully confirmed until the applicable payment and approval process has been completed.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Payment & Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the MataJob.lk website, branding, logos, interface elements, original text, graphics and platform materials are owned by or used with authorization by MataJob.lk / Eagle HR Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially reused without appropriate permission.
