The North Western Provincial Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III of the North Western Provincial Management Service Officers’ Service – 2026.Number of Vacancies: 239
Place of Employment: North Western Province, including Kurunegala and Puttalam districts.
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and pensionable, subject to a three-year probationary period and applicable public service regulations.
Salary Scale: MN 02-2025 – Rs. 48,470 to Rs. 82,800 per month, subject to the applicable salary circular and conditions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Must be between 18 and 30 years of age on the closing date of applications.
- Must have been a permanent resident of the North Western Province for at least three continuous years within the five years immediately preceding the closing date.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level: Six subjects passed at one sitting, with credit passes in four subjects including a language and Mathematics.
- G.C.E. Advanced Level: All subjects passed at one sitting, excluding the Common General Paper and General English, in accordance with the official notice.
- Must satisfy the other requirements specified in the official Gazette notification.
Examination Details
1. Language Proficiency – 100 marks, 2 hours and 30 minutes.
2. Aptitude – 100 marks, 1 hour.
Candidates must obtain at least 40% in each paper and at least 50% overall.
Examination Fee: Rs. 600.
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted online through the Department of Examinations website at https://www.doenets.lk/. Follow the online recruitment examination application instructions and complete the application before 9.00 p.m. on 15 November 2026.
The examination is expected to be held in December 2026. Applicants must read the official Gazette notification carefully and verify all eligibility, residence, district selection and examination requirements before applying.

පත්වීමේ ස්වභාවය: ස්ථිර හා විශ්‍රාම වැටුප් සහිත පත්වීමකි. වසර තුනක පරිවාස කාලය සහ අදාළ රාජ්‍ය සේවා නීතිරීති බලපැවැත්වේ.
වැටුප් පරිමාණය: MN 02-2025 – මාසිකව රු. 48,470 සිට රු. 82,800 දක්වා. අදාළ වැටුප් චක්‍රලේඛයේ කොන්දේසි බලපැවැත්වේ.
සුදුසුකම්
- ශ්‍රී ලංකා පුරවැසියෙකු විය යුතුය.
- අයදුම්පත් භාරගන්නා අවසන් දිනයේ වයස අවුරුදු 18ත් 30ත් අතර විය යුතුය.
- අවසන් දිනයට පෙර වසර පහ තුළ අවම වශයෙන් අඛණ්ඩ වසර තුනක් වයඹ පළාතේ ස්ථිර පදිංචිකරුවෙකු විය යුතුය.
- අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ විභාගයේදී එක් වරකදී විෂයයන් හයක් සමත් වී තිබිය යුතු අතර, භාෂාවක් සහ ගණිතය ඇතුළුව විෂයයන් හතරකට සම්මාන සාමාර්ථ ලබා තිබිය යුතුය.
- අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ විභාගයේදී සාමාන්‍ය පොදු පරීක්ෂණය සහ සාමාන්‍ය ඉංග්‍රීසි හැර අනෙකුත් විෂයයන් එක් වරකදී සමත් වී තිබිය යුතුය. නිල නිවේදනයේ සඳහන් කොන්දේසි අදාළ වේ.
- නිල ගැසට් නිවේදනයේ සඳහන් අනෙකුත් සුදුසුකම් සපුරාලිය යුතුය.
විභාග විස්තර
1. භාෂා හැකියාව – ලකුණු 100, පැය 2යි මිනිත්තු 30යි.
2. අභියෝග්‍යතා පරීක්ෂණය – ලකුණු 100, පැය 1යි.
එක් එක් ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රයට අවම වශයෙන් 40%ක් සහ සමස්තයෙන් අවම වශයෙන් 50%ක් ලබාගත යුතුය.
විභාග ගාස්තුව: රු. 600.

විභාගය 2026 දෙසැම්බර් මාසයේ පැවැත්වීමට අපේක්ෂිතය. අයදුම් කිරීමට පෙර නිල ගැසට් නිවේදනය කියවා පදිංචිය, දිස්ත්‍රික්කය තෝරාගැනීම සහ අනෙකුත් සියලු කොන්දේසි පරීක්ෂා කරන්න.

வடமேல் மாகாண அரச சேவை ஆணைக்குழுவினால், வடமேல் மாகாண முகாமைத்துவ சேவை உத்தியோகத்தர் சேவையின் தரம் III இல் உள்ள 239 வெற்றிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்கான திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சைக்கு தகுதியுடைய விண்ணப்பதாரர்களிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன.வெற்றிடங்கள்: 239
பணியிடம்: வடமேல் மாகாணம் – குருநாகல் மற்றும் புத்தளம் மாவட்டங்கள் உட்பட.
நியமனத்தின் தன்மை: நிரந்தர மற்றும் ஓய்வூதிய உரித்துடைய நியமனம். மூன்று வருட பரீட்சார்த்த காலம் மற்றும் பொருந்தும் அரச சேவை விதிமுறைகள் அமுலில் இருக்கும்.
சம்பள அளவுத்திட்டம்: MN 02-2025 – மாதம் ரூ. 48,470 முதல் ரூ. 82,800 வரை, பொருந்தும் சம்பளச் சுற்றறிக்கையின் நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டது.
தகைமைகள்
- இலங்கைப் பிரஜையாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத் திகதியில் 18 முதல் 30 வயதுக்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத் திகதிக்கு முந்தைய ஐந்து வருடங்களில் குறைந்தது மூன்று தொடர்ச்சியான வருடங்கள் வடமேல் மாகாணத்தில் நிரந்தரமாக வசித்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
- க.பொ.த. சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சையில் ஒரே தடவையில் ஆறு பாடங்களில் சித்தியடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும். மொழிப் பாடம் மற்றும் கணிதம் உட்பட நான்கு பாடங்களில் திறமைச் சித்தி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- க.பொ.த. உயர்தரப் பரீட்சையில் பொதுப் பொது அறிவுப் பரீட்சை மற்றும் பொது ஆங்கிலம் தவிர்ந்த பாடங்களில் ஒரே தடவையில் சித்தியடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்; உத்தியோகபூர்வ அறிவித்தலில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட நிபந்தனைகள் பொருந்தும்.
- உத்தியோகபூர்வ வர்த்தமானி அறிவித்தலில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள ஏனைய தகைமைகளையும் பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
பரீட்சை விவரங்கள்
1. மொழித் திறன் – 100 புள்ளிகள், 2 மணி 30 நிமிடங்கள்.
2. நுண்ணறிவுத் திறன் – 100 புள்ளிகள், 1 மணி நேரம்.
ஒவ்வொரு வினாத்தாளிலும் குறைந்தது 40% மற்றும் மொத்தமாக குறைந்தது 50% பெற வேண்டும்.
பரீட்சைக் கட்டணம்: ரூ. 600.
