# State Printing Corporation – Vacancies 2026

The State Printing Corporation invites applications from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the following positions:

## 1. Manager (Engineer) – HM 1-1
**Number of vacancies:** 01
**Employment type:** Permanent
**Age limit:** 35–55 years. The upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.

**Qualifications – External Candidates**

Applicants must satisfy one of the following routes:

**Route 1**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Corporate Membership of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL).
- Registration with the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL) as a Chartered Engineer.
- At least 13 years of managerial-level experience after obtaining the degree in a public institution, corporation, statutory board or reputed private institution.

**OR Route 2**
- Full or Fellow Membership of IESL.
- Registration with ECSL as a Chartered Engineer.
- At least 13 years of managerial-level experience.

**Salary:** HM 1-1 salary scale under Management Services Circular No. 01/2025. The published listing indicates Rs. 123,019 as at 01 January 2026 and Rs. 140,640 effective from 01 January 2027.

**Main responsibilities:** Lead the Engineering and Maintenance Department, supervise technical teams, implement preventive maintenance and quality systems, manage engineering infrastructure, improve energy efficiency and coordinate with Production Planning.

## 2. Project Manager – Contract Basis
**Number of vacancies:** 01
**Employment type:** One-year contract
**Age limit:** 22–45 years.

**Qualifications – External Candidates**
- A Bachelor's Degree recognized by the UGC in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- At least one year of post-qualifying experience in Project Management or a related field.

**Salary:** Rs. 99,510 per month, inclusive of all allowances.

**Main responsibilities:** Coordinate project implementation with internal and external stakeholders, arrange meetings and progress reviews, monitor project progress, support KPI and productivity initiatives, report to management and the Board of Directors, and assist with establishing and implementing an ERP system.
